In a strategic move to expand its reach, SoundHound AI has partnered with technology advisory firm Bridgepointe Technologies. Announced on January 21, 2026, the alliance aims to bring SoundHound's Amelia 7 AI agent and Autonomics IT automation platform to Bridgepointe's roster of over 12,000 corporate clients.

The partnership directly addresses a common corporate frustration: the difficulty of integrating new artificial intelligence into existing systems. Bridgepointe's consultants will guide implementations, focusing on tools that automate customer service tasks and internal IT problems. "Enterprise leaders are looking for solutions that integrate seamlessly and deliver a clear return on investment quickly," said Steve Plunkett, SoundHound's vice president of global partnerships.

For SoundHound, known for voice AI in cars and restaurants, this marks a deliberate shift toward broader enterprise software. The company's Amelia 7 platform is designed to handle complex, multi-step processes without human help, while Autonomics can automatically diagnose and fix IT issues. Analysts note this approach can offer faster deployment than some established competitors.

The deal comes at a pivotal time. While SoundHound's stock has faced recent pressure, its enterprise business is growing. Third-quarter revenue for 2025 hit a record $42 million. The Bridgepointe channel provides a direct path to new industries, potentially creating more predictable, recurring revenue streams compared to SoundHound's consumer-focused work.

This partnership reflects a broader industry trend where businesses are moving past experimental AI pilots and seeking tools that provide tangible operational benefits. For SoundHound, leveraging Bridgepointe's trusted advisor network could be key to scaling its technology in a market increasingly focused on practical results.
