Dialpad Partners with TD SYNNEX to Distribute Its Autonomous AI Agents Globally

SAN RAMON, Calif. — In a move set to reshape how businesses handle customer communications, Dialpad has signed a worldwide distribution agreement with technology giant TD SYNNEX. The deal, announced January 22, 2026, will place Dialpad’s AI-powered communications tools directly into the hands of the distributor’s global network of resellers and service providers.

This partnership makes Dialpad’s unified communications, contact center software, and its newer “Agentic AI” systems available through TD SYNNEX’s extensive portfolio. The AI technology represents a significant step beyond basic chatbots. These autonomous agents, launched by Dialpad in October 2025, are designed to understand context, make decisions, and complete tasks—like processing refunds or scheduling appointments—without a human guiding each step. The company states the system can independently resolve up to 70% of routine customer requests.

“Dialpad’s focus on practical, conversation-driven AI aligns with our goal of providing partners with leading-edge solutions,” said Cheryl Neal, a vice president at TD SYNNEX. Dana Dempsey of Dialpad noted the distributor’s global reach will accelerate the adoption of these AI tools in new markets.

The alliance provides TD SYNNEX partners across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America with a new recurring revenue stream. They can now bundle Dialpad’s AI with other hardware and cloud services. For businesses, it promises a more integrated path to modernizing customer service with AI that is trained on billions of minutes of actual business conversations.

The rollout is effective immediately, leveraging TD SYNNEX’s logistics and support systems to simplify deployment for partners worldwide.
