The trend of annual recaps is no longer just for music streaming or ride-sharing apps. Anthropic has introduced a new reflection dashboard for its Claude chatbot, letting users review their AI interactions over the past month, three months, six months, or year. Dubbed internally as "Claude Wrapped," the feature offers a personalized look at how people are using the assistant.
The dashboard opens with a summary of the most common topics raised with Claude, along with the types of tasks users delegate and peak usage times. It also includes optional tools like setting quiet hours or scheduling break reminders. Anthropic plans to add a total time-spent metric soon. The company describes the feature as a way to "see your patterns and shape them," encouraging users to reflect on whether their AI usage aligns with their goals. In a blog post, Anthropic noted the dashboard will periodically ask questions such as, "What's one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?" - and then offer to discuss the answer with Claude itself.
Privacy-wise, the reflection dashboard won't access files from connected accounts, such as actual emails, nor will it reference chats in incognito mode or conversations tied to health tools. Sensitive topics may appear but only at a high level. The feature is now in beta for free, Pro, and Max subscribers who have memory enabled, and can be found under Settings on the web or desktop app. Anthropic said the idea came from user interviews, and a version for Claude Cowork is expected soon.
