This growth is not uniform; North America remains the largest market, but Asia Pacific is advancing most rapidly.

Major players like Adobe, Salesforce, and Oracle are being joined by specialists like Braze and Zeta Global, which recently acquired Marigold's enterprise unit. Zeta's Athena AI, developed with OpenAI, exemplifies the trend, automating workflows that once took weeks. As these AI agents mature, they are fundamentally changing the speed and scale at which marketing operates, promising not just efficiency but a new type of customer engagement.
